I've been using "Spod Central" as my Organization: header for well over a decade.
I'm neither a commercial entity, an educational institution, a network infrastructure provider, an international organisation, a US Federal Government agency, nor part of the US military. Therefore, the .org gTLD is the one that my domain fits under. Domain registrars may ignore RFC 1591; I don't. (And don't talk to me about all the new gTLDs that ICANN have introduced; entirely unnecessary profiteering. .aero, for gods' sakes?)
